Frozen food

Frozen food products are gaining significance, with an increasing share amongst employed people. These products have a long shelf life, they save valuable meal preparation time and they come in a constantly growing number of varieties. However, consumer expectations are also rising for frozen food. Products that discolour after thawing or that look unnatural and unappetizing are no longer accepted and consumers will not willing to put up with food that leaks during thawing. GoodMills Innovation is familiar with these challenges and has thus developed highly functional and clean label binding systems for frozen foods that do not need an E number. These properties are gaining more and more importance nowadays.
