Improvers

The term “improver” has been legally defined in Germany since 1972. However, GoodMills Innovation has been doing business with these “little helpers” for a much longer time. Improvers are used for increasing the proofing tolerance, the volume or the shelf life of baked goods. We are constantly expanding our product range to be able to offer high performance improvers for you. The product range includes dry mixes as well as pastes for bread and other baked goods, which come in small packaged units for artisan and craft bakeries as well as bulk containers for industrial use.
