FLAVOUR RYE
FLAVOUR RYE wholemeal flour is made from very light-coloured and mild tasting rye varieties such as “Golden Rye”. Processed and treated in a multi-stage milling process, the flour is obtained from the outer fractions of the rye kernel. Just as with SNOW® WHEAT wholemeal flour, FLAVOUR RYE wholemeal flour also contains all essential nutrients from the entire grain, just as any common wholemeal flour. However, when focusing on the sensory properties, FLAVOUR RYE scores with its golden-beige colour and its well balanced and mild taste.
FLAVOUR RYE wholemeal is also available as microgranules.
