Hot-swelling PURAFARIN®

PURAFARIN® H products are thickening systems that disperse easily in cold water and develop different viscosities when hot or cooled down. In ready-to-eat meals for example, PURAFARIN® H will absorb the excess water from the individual components of the meal and turn this into a fine, viscid sauce.
