GoWell® Tasty Protein

A protein blend made from fava beans, yellow peas, sunflower seeds and wheat, intended for use in light baked goods. It enables the ‘high in protein’ claim to be made without causing changes in the taste or texture of the product. Recommended dosage: 10–30% based on milled cereal products.
