This triple-fermented, wholegrain wheat is made from particularly light and mild wheat varieties. It is suitable for combining refined flours with wholegrain wheat flour. Recommended dosage for 100 kg of wholemeal flour: 82 kg of wheat flour (type 550) and 18 kg of CARAT.
