Masa

GoodMills Innovation has developed a purely physical production process for Masa. Our non-GMO Masa is made using a clean and environmentally friendly processing technology that saves large amounts of water compared to the traditional process. But most of all, it does not need any additives. The process employs a dry milling technique which results in excellent machinability of the dough. It does not stick to the surfaces of the machine. The distribution of particles is homogeneous and a uniform viscosity ensures a consistent dough quality, even during the transition to next year’s crop.
